No Returns & No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the wholesale and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

 

Final Sale Policy

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing, style, or color selection

  • Delays related to production, shipping, or customs

Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.

 

Custom & Wholesale Orders

All products sold by Luandhats are wholesale and/or customized. As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Damages or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Amos@luandhats.com with clear photos and order details.
We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, work to correct it. This may include a replacement or alternative resolution. Refunds will not be issued.

 

Shipping & Carrier Issues

Luandhats is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. Any carrier-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.

 

European Union Orders

Due to the custom and wholesale nature of our products, orders shipped to the European Union are also considered final sale, and the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply where legally exempt for made-to-order or business-to-business transactions.
