All orders are processed after payment is confirmed and order details are finalized. Because we operate on a wholesale and made-to-order basis, processing times may vary depending on order size, customization, and production requirements.
Production & Fulfillment
Our hats are manufactured in-house at our factory in Bangladesh. Once production is complete and quality checks are finalized, orders are prepared for shipment from our logistics partners.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timelines vary based on destination, shipping method, and order volume. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is confirmed and ready to ship. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.
